Process management requires strong process mapping within teams to ensure clarity, efficiency and gap identification. Here, the OH&S team, lead by Kelly Dunsmore, mapped a process that fed into the larger goals, objectives and vision of the Division.

Creating opportunities for feedback when introducing new processes and/or technologies is essential. This fun activity had a very important purpose; how do system users feel about the technology they have been asked to implement. Feedback sessions result in new communication strategies and the creation of different supports to ensure employee user success.
